I have to exceed the 4 times a day dose and use them ever 20 mins but other eyedrop evaporate immediately so these work for me and are much better than use night ointments during the day. A significant improvement

It does stabilise the tear film better than ordinary drops which just add moisture. So far it has needed some additional moisture drops as well but in the research it says it builds up over 4 weeks and i have only tried it for two weeks so far.Read full review
