Blown Away. Sin City crossed with Sparticus and Conan.....And then SOME!

Firstly add a hugh dollop of the effects and producation of Sin City (One of my favorite films ever.)

Secondly add some OTT Battle scenes, Mutated Persians and Conan the Barbarian Style Spartans.

Thirdly Add a famous battle from the survival of one of the great civilizations in the history of the planet.

Chick in some Lena Headley sex appeal 3

And you have one hell of a movie!

One of my all time favorite films combining the stylings of Sin City with the brutality of Ancient Sparta. Awesome. The blue ray comes with some awesome extras aswell. History of the spartans and interviews with the actors and producers, Deleted scenes and an all round finished package concerning menus and titles!

Great film, great format at the right price

This is my first Blu-ray film replacement of my DVD's to test on an high quality intermediate screen. I've always liked this film genre, but this film has a grainy feel that makes it hard to distinguish DVD quality from Blu-ray on screen up to 30 inch, the Blu-ray will come into its own on much larger screens.Read full review...

300 is one of the best movies of all time and benefits more in Blu-Ray. In fact its one of the best Blu-Rays ive ever seen.

If you like a great action film, give 300 a try.

of bloodfirsty warriors and gerrard butler
was casted perfectly as the spartan king
and brit actress lena heady as his queen
and brilliantly directed and a great climax
to the film a must watch for all fans of history.

Cracking film, but for the right audience

This is definately a love or hate it film. If action and a bit of fantasy isnt really your thing, more than likely this isnt going to be your cup of tea. However this really is my thing and I loved it. The CGI is brilliant, fight scenes are awesome and the acting is good. Thoroughly enjoyable film...if you're into this type of thing.Read full review...
