It leaves my hair silky yet easy to manage. It lessens the dandruff. It also lessens but so far has not cured the itching. However it is more effective than any other shampoo I have so far tried..

Medicated help
I have suffered from problems with my skin and scalp for many years and I have never found anything that gets rid of the itching and tenderness.
