Only about half of the 66 selections are something that I would ever use.
The picture of the Cookbook shows it to be a Spiral Bound book that one could leave open flat, while preparing the selection. Such is NOT the case. There is no Spiral Binding for ease of use. This is a 6" Wide X 9" High X less than 1/4" Wide Paperback book that will not stay open during use and doesn't show much promise of having a durable binding. It is less than I expected, but is not worth returning considering the return postage and the MINIMUM of 15% Restocking Fee. One would be far better off searching the Web for your desired selection and printing the page out.
