Very interesting and extensive examination of a fairly well know theory applied specifically to sales and marketing.

Helped me understand misunderstood outcomes and address why some practices repeatedly fail, often unconsciously. A great tool to have and probably part of the 20% that will be responsible for any improvement hence forth. Recommend.Read full review
