Wisdom from experience
The author has been through tremendous loss and gives a very honest and moving description of what he has and continues to go through because of it. The thing that gives hope is the fact that he now lives a genuinely fulfilled life because of the choices he made to look forward and not back and how he came through various difficulties with help.
