Transmission solenoid block
Install this solenoid block and the problem was solved, had previously purchased two other solenoid blocks and neither one of them worked they were from a different manufacturer.

Limp mode is gone on 2003 Dodge Intrepid
Limp mode is gone. Ecstatic I can drive my 2003 Dodge Intrepid (120k) on the highway again. Takes quite a bit of work to change it and it is messy. Use the you tube video to help change it--it is better than the Chrysler Service manual for instructions. The picture says with a filter screen--but I didn't get one--it didn't matter because the original with 120k miles still looked good. I just put it back on. I was a little hesitant about a re-manufactured solenoid block, but it has been working well for a month, so I think it is a jackpot winner. I didn't need the valve body to go with it. Read the technical service bulletin from 2003 about which models need the valve body or solenoid or both. In general, the 2002-2004 LHs need only the solenoid block.Read full review
