Steam Bake Oven, is there any need??

The answer is Yes! My daughter baked the first cake in our new oven, Wow it was amazingly light and fluffy!! The steam function stops the top of the cake burning, allowing it to rise further, i was surprised to see no brown colour on the top, which has always been a problem before, even with a fan assisted oven the top would often have to be sacraficed because of burning, but not any more with this oven.. I'm looking forward to baking bread in it now.Read full review
