Sound quality at par with Shure SM58
I love these mics. There are specific songs I would prefer the AKG D5 over the Shure SM58. They are my two favourite microphones in this price range.

Cracking mic
This for the money is probably the best mic you could possibly ever want , it has immense clarity maybe lacks a little bottom end , but my rig is bass heavy so this is not a problem , i did get a little feedback before i reached my desired volume but because of this mics presence you do learn to alter things just a little , all in all very highly recommended .Read full review...
