Amazing mid-range CPU

A HUGE upgrade from an FX-6300, along with my GPU is my pride and joy. I rarely write reviews but this product just blows my mind how fast it is and how much overclocking headroom there is. With 6 cores and 12 threads, this thing can handle anything that is thrown at it. Not to mention its astounding single-core performance that really put my old CPU to shame. Great upgrade if you can get it at 300ish

Speed and temps using a Noctua cooler are awesome! I only had one issue and it's small. Before playing on Steam I have to make sure to close Dropbox (v113.4.507) or games will stutter after a few minutes into playing. compared to a Ryzen 5 3600. Getting 4.7 Mhz PBO enabled boosts with 360 AIO. Never exceeds 55c under load and idles as low as 21c. Obvious and major uplift in IPC with single and multi core operations. Gaming is now smooth and consistent and downright more enjoyable. Either a processor works or it doesn't and from there it is a matter of the silicon lottery which will determine OC performance. The Ryzen 5600x OC's without a sweat.
