Great value

Obviously this is excellent value over new enterprise and consumer gear. Even compared to other enterprise refurbished gear, the value is good, considering the free shipping and new batteries. My main concern was the quality of the batteries, but from my initials tests they charge up just fine and give APC's rated run times under load. Genuine APC batteries should last 3-5 years, so no way of knowing if I'll actually get that kind of life, but you do get a 1 year warranty.

Really can't beat remanufactured gear

The price point is so low it's hard to say anything bad. Their support was good on one of the units which turned out to be fine. The only issue was the cord caps were 30amp (sideways blade); the ears for the rackmount were missing.

If they had offered the rack mount slides i would have purchased them too.
