Cure for snoring
I have tried a lot of products to stop my terrible snoring over the last few years. My wife has been complaining constantly about it. Plus I am not getting a full nights sleep as well as I am waking up through it as well. But after trying this mouth guard, I am not snoring any more. Also , I am sleeping a lot better now. I would not buy this again
Saliva stays in the guard so when you take it out it dribbles, also I have a red line in the inside of my lip where the guard rests in the night

It's just a mouth guard, virtually no ability to mould it to your teeth so not good for getting a good fit (in fact the instructions are contradictory, it says both:
"First mould the mouthpiece with hot water to comfortably fit your mouth"

Doesn't work
The guard should be made of soft silicone, tried 3 times and could not get impression of my teeth and gums. The product is too solid.

The item proved to be pretty much a waste of money. Once moulded to my teeth it seemed fine, but seemed to stretch in my mouth overnight and eventually fell out in my sleep.
