Lots of features at a tremendous price

I was a little sceptical but wanted a cheap DVD player to take with us to our house in France. This has turned out to be an extraordinary buy. The 5.1 allowed me to set up a decent surround sound system using some 2nd hand speakers and the DVD quality is excellent, with no erratic playing. Cheap quality DVD player

Please do not be fooled. It does not power 5.1 speakers. It only has the 5.1 outputs on the back.
You need a separate amp.
The menu system looks very cheap with what looks like 8bit poor quality graphics.
Plays dvd ok but not as good picture quality as a Toshiba upscaling dvd player.Read full review

Only negative is that the remote is a little too small. It's okay for me but I need glasses to use it so I'd reckon someone with a real visual impairment might struggle.
