Made for Ruger 10-22 not for the Ruger Rimfire Precision, however.....
I have Ruger Rimfire Precision. It uses the same magazines as the 10-22.
It is well made and fits the factory 10-22 mags perfectly.
I did not buy this to use it for multiple mags. I bought is as a palm rest for target shooting to elevate the rifle for aiming.
It does not work as a triple mag device on the Precision, because the slot is a different shape, so the two angles mags prevent it from seating properly.
It does, however, work quite well as a palm rest, so I am very happy with it.
If you have a 10-22, I think you will like this. If you have a Rimfire Precision, it won't work as a triple mag device,

These things are great - gives you an effective 30 rd magazine. I used on my last varmint hunt out west and just loved them! I've tried the large 25 rd mags and they're nothing but trouble. Good addition for any Ruger 10-22 owner.
This item is very solid/sturdy & of good quality. There's nothing better then having the ability to have 30 rounds accessible when plinking. It allows the shooter to have more time shooting/having fun & less time reloading looking for another magazine. If I could improve one thing on the Tri-Mag, it would be to subdue the shining screw that holds the magazines together. Other then that, its a great addition to any 10-22. And the price is more then reasonable. Now if someone could come up with a solution for joining two BX-15 magazines since I live in a state that doesn't allow a magazine to have more then 15 rounds.
