I realised, as soon as I started to read the book, that there is very little in it that I had not read about in the book "Change Your Posture Change Your Life" by the same author, which is available as a paperback and is a lot cheaper. This book is a much earlier one and is much more glossy, but the newer book is much better value.Read full review
