if it does not turn on open the back and remove the plastic battery protector AND if it keeps turning OFF take out the 2 batteries and slightly bend UP the 2 little battery metal contacts, Perfect to keep in car or Bike.Read full review

Does not work right out of the box

Received my item today it does not work at all looks like it might have been good quality for small work but not if it doesn't work more than likely has a dead battery which you cannot replace.
