I read this book in a day and I hardly read these days. It is long winded but stick with it, I probably skimmed thru some stuff but message is good. Separate starchy carbs bread pasta rice potatoes from proteins. So have lots of veg with either carbs or protein leave about 3 to 4 hours between each meal. Eat fruit on empty stomach. Although what he says makes sense, it is very misleading to claim you will not need to be on a diet, you can eat what you want, etc, so long as you follow the instructions TO THE LETTER!! Basically, this means a diet consisting of uncooked, totally natural products. So, unless you are prepared to exist on fruit, nuts, beans , vegetables (raw), then this will not work for you!!!
