Brad Pitt was just awesome! LOVED him in this movie! They should've spent about 70% of this movie on him being on spy missions, way behind enemy lines, barely escaping death and fighting it out with WW2 bad guys! I groaned at all the love story stuff. It went on too long and took up too much screen time. Plus, his sister's whole storyline was a huge turn-off for me as well.Read full review

This movie has just about everything I could hope for. Great acting by the entire cast, with particularly compelling performances by Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard. The script, the photography, the plausibility of the story, the sound track, all work together to give the leading man and the leading lady an opportunity to shine, and shine they do. It is set in the throngs of WWII. This is an espionage dramatic thriller, but above all, it is a Love Story. A great love story. It is now a part of my movie library. Not as good as I hoped!

While the movie is entertaining it just didn't have the "stuff" that I was looking for. I am extremely glad I purchased the DVD, so I could replay parts of the movie as needed.
