The item came on time. I opened the package. I think I am right in thinking the instruction's were in Swedish, any way they were in foreign and I don't speak foreign. I gave them the opportunity to put things right. They sent a prepaid label by email. No explanation, the easy way out. I found the opening of the unit on my own. As a company they were not a lot of good. Why was there not an instruction's translation in the package. Not Good.Read full review

I am waiting for it to be put up on the wall near my door, I am so pleased that it is made of very strong sturdy material and looking forward to using it. it's very easy to use if you read the instructions correctly. There is plenty of room to put spair keys in. I have arthritis in my fingers and have found it very easy to turn the keys, it's just like the locks you get on suitcases. After managing to lock myself out on a couple of occasions I was looking discrete means of storing some spare keys. This wall mounted key safe is of nice quality and looks very durable.
