Enya is back !

This Enya CD is very good. It's recorded well and sounds excellent on my Accuphase home stereo. The CD is quiet, tracks well, and has great sonic presence. There are a few songs I wasn't crazy about but, for the most part it was worth every penny. (i paid $14 at a local store) Enya's type of music has often been called New Age. I must disagree with this. Her music crosses a lot of musical "boundries". After buying Amarantine, I purchased 4 different Enya CDs and have been happy with most of Enya's music. Although Enya's music isn't really mainstream, (you won't hear it much on radio play) her gift as a recording artist really shines through.Read full review...

I like Enya, always have. And no exception with this album. Not the kind of music that is mainstream these days.

Any Enya is 5 star

This CD is a little different than other Enya songs. I still love it. I play it about an hour before going to bed. My little dog sacks out and I relax.

Enya's music can completely transform my mood!

I believe that I have to be Enya's No. 1 fan! I absolutely LOVE this particular album, too, and it's my very favorite of hers. This particular purchase was as a gift for elderly friends who were not at all familiar with either Enya or her music. They just said they loved Celtic music, so it gave me an opportunity to introduce this to them - although, I'm not entirely sure I would put her in that category at times (unlike her sister, Maire Brennan, who sings with Clannad). Anyway, my friends absolutely loved it, as I knew they would.

As for me, I have just about everything she's ever written and will continue to wait for new stuff to be written. I am a professional Psychic Medium, so I have her music on in the background when I read. It soothes, calms me, and helps me focus.
