Good product but installation a nightmare

Once I had managed to install it I have been surprised by its versatility. However the installation process, through a smart phone app or Amazon fire is a nightmare and requires persistence. The instructions enclosed are minimal - as usual with Amazon - and establishing the connection proved problematic. The alternative of using a lap top browser link proved hopeless. It is a product designed by techies who seem to assume an existing familiarity with such products. The google alternative is just as bad apparently.

Great little compact Alexa enabled speaker

What more to say? Pretty good sound quality for the size, listening to music etc. Alexa is pretty responsive - seems to pick up your voice well. Great for 'trying out' voice based systems.

American plug with adapter

Perfect product but be aware it has an American 2 pin plug but it comes with an adapter so can be used in a UK 3 pin socket. I missed this information when I bought it. Works fine and happy with the price I paid for my echo.Read full review
