easy setup, not picky about hard drive, works with sv3c cams. not terribly user friendly

Poor support

I bought this but their cameras had such a narrow range that I needed more than 8, so i tried to upgrade and Amcrest told me to buy a new one then return this. After that they wouldn't accept my return.

Onvif motion detection failure

Live view works on all onvif non-Amcrest cameras I have. Motion detection ONLY works on Amcrest cameras. Onvif compatibility is incomplete.
