Book has good subject matter and facts but needs more coherence in the development of the subject.

The book needs more coherence and logical development of the subject. As is, one can take at random any one or two paragraphs from one chapter and put it anyplace in another chapter and it would not look any more out of place than the other adjoinging paragraphs.Read full review
