This product is not the right fit for me. My barber uses it and my hair looks wonderful, I couldn't replicate her success with it. You must follow the directions and I didn't, I need something that requires less work, so I switched back to a paste. It will be "crunchy" if you let it dry on its own, it require using a dryer, followed by brushing, just as the instructions say. I plan to try it again.Read full review
