I am also a dental technician and I use similar professional drills but this one is very cute.

Unfortunately, due to transport some of the corborundum discs got broken, but overall I recommend.

Hobby rotary tool

NOT Heavy Duty but OK for light work

This is definitely not a heavy duty piece of kit as advertised. It works ok in a fashion but if used continuously you will have to continually stop to retighten the Chuck.
