A bit dated, but a humorous conservative view of the over-abundant liberal lunacy.
Great cameos throughout. I saw this in the theatre when it was first released and thought it was a riot. It was released in the post 9/11 era when Hollywood leftists were busy supporting Muslim terrorists in their quest to destroy the US. Because it appeals to conservative leaning viewers, you will never find it on any of the movie channels on cable. I wanted to see it again, so I just bought it. It is still funny and the humor is still on point; perhaps even more so eleven years later. It pokes fun at Michael Moore, Cuba, Columbia University, Soros-style alt-leftists, and all that silly liberal orthodoxy. I still laughed hard. Kevin Farley (Chris's brother) is a good slapstick comedian. Kelsey Grammer rocks as Patton. If you are a brainwashed liberal who reads the NY Times and Huffington Post and believes every word, you will not like this movie.Read full review

Great Parody
Couldn't think of a better word than parody. Parallel? Because this isn't the Dickens story. It takes the frame of the Dickens story and uses that frame for a hilarious stab at a smug, self centered, shallow, Hollywood elitist. And it's hysterical. The cast and the script are an A1 combo. American Carol
This is quite an unusual movie as Hollywood is so left politically speaking. This movie dared to tread on areas that most producers would fail to go. Bravo David Zucker.
