Excellent for beginners

I've alway's wanted to know more about T'ai chi and as a beginner I really didn't know where to start because let's face it the world of any martial arts or T'ai chi can be rather scary for a beginner. After a lengthy talk to my friend about T'ai Chi she recommended this dvd.

Great for beginners but a little to simple for the more experienced person.

This is a good DVD for beginners. Instructions are given in a step-by-step manner allowing it to be easily followed. The only issue is that if you are slightly more experienced with Tai Chi then this DVD seems a little too easy. However a great step to learning the basics.Read full review...
