Good book, but certain things you have to take with a pinch of salt!
I liked the book and it seemed quite positive, but like many of these type of books some of the things are very hard to believe and are obviously fictional! For instance there is absolutely no way a 70 year old man can suddenly look in his 40's after two years, or any number of years for that matter, after doing specific exercises, diet and sticking to a specialist regime!!!Read full review...
