Well made product - let down by control switch.

‘Better than expected’ because of the heavy ceramic inner food container - better than the model it replaces. Looks & finish v. good & it works reliably & well. My criticism of the product lies with the control switch. You must have scrupulously clean hands while using the cooker (admirable) but mine are invariably coated in flour, or olive oil & then it is impossible to change the heat setting. If the switch had deeper grooves, or a raised pointer indicating the setting, I wouldn’t be having to wash (& dry) my hands every time & then the cooker would then be just about perfect. As I’ve only used it 4 times, I cannot attest to its durability.Read full review...

A great buy

This pot hasn't exactly revolutionised my life but it's come pretty close!
The bright red colour is cheery and one quick wipe over removes any spill from the outer casing. I love that it has three settings which enables your cooking to be more versatile and I can go to bed leaving it on with no worries. The lid fits extremely well and feels durable, my one smallish gripe is that the handles on the inner dish could be a bit more substantial as carrying it when hot can be fiddly. I know that my friend dropped and broke hers within three days of buying it and have read similar stories elsewhere on line.
