Have made a white loaf and the quick bread with the ginger, syrup and treacle (highly recommended, its delicious with custard, turned out lovey and moist). Both loaves have turned out good. The recipes are a bit basic but okay to start you off, I have bought the Sara Lewis bread making book which seems to go well with this machine and has lots of recipes to experiment with.
