Would have preferred metric and imperial marking to be on both side, this would accommodate both left and right hand users.

Fat Separator jug
Unfortunately not heat resistant as it cracked the second time I used it.
I purchased to make soup from homemade stock used to boil meats. It’s a perfect size but, although I allowed the stock to cool, it still cracked.
I don’t think it would be much use for gravy as it would be too hot unless, of course, you wanted the gravy the next day!Read full review

Really does work but, not without issues.
This is good for separating the fat, from meat juices. Wanted to make gravy less greasy, as sometimes I can actually taste the fat. My only negative: it comes with no instructions, so had to work out what to do.
Empty contents into jug, (it’s plastic so I would avoid boiling liquids, but hot liquids seem ok) then if you release the stopper and pour, taking care as liquids tend to run down the spout... it leaves the fat in the bottom of the jug...just make sure you stop pouring before the fat rides up the spout, and you have to start again! Not heat resistant - Useless
After cooling gravy from a slow cooker for over 30mins, this jug split right down the side once added (this was its second use).
The plastic that makes up the jug felt incredibly light and brittle which I was ignoring considering the price.
I can’t stress how warm/not hot the liquid I added was, this product is absolutely not fit for purpose and suspect that other reviews were made before actual real world use.Read full review

Poor quality, not fit for purpose!
First time I washed it with some hot water it cracked! Not fit for purpose as you need very hot water to get the remaining grease out of the jug! Best avoided at all costs as total waste of money!
