Work well on a very short range

I got 2 tags to put them in my cat and dog collars because sometimes they run away from our property. This product works through the Bluetooth connection of the phone that has no more than 10 feet range. When my pets run away the app only shows out of range and I should move closer. These air tags supposed to create a Bluetooth mesh through other iPhones nearby to expand their range (this feature supposed to be an advantage over the Tile) but do not work. In addition they are very large and bulky. I am an Apple product consumer I have all Apple ecosystem and I love it but I don’t recommend this product at all. Read full review

Too much unknown about the product prior to purchase, Resulting in disappointment !

First, I have not found an app that doesn’t require monthly payment. I had no idea there was going to be a monthly payment involved. Second, it has no way to be attached to anything unless you purchase another product. I had no idea another product was needed. Third, I’m still trying to get through the directions on how to use it in the tiniest print possible. This is not fun !Read full review
