Swear by this stuff!!! It's one thing i make sure I never run out of, it has honestly stopped me falling foul to bugs going around, I've never had a cough since taking this for around 7 years now, and it keeps my weight in check amongst all the other benefits it offers. I've tried other brands but can't stand the sour taste, this has a much more "mellow" taste and I take it with a teaspoon tip of honey just to sweeten it a little and a shot or two of water, every morning, afternoon and bed time. This acv always has a good deep colour too, with plenty of the "mother" in it. I can't recommend this highly enough for giving you a little zest to your step, making you feel well, and for keeping unwanted pounds away! The actual Bobby's/Devon Apple Cider Company are great too, their service is faultless and deliver pretty much next day or very soon after. I started using this quite a while a go as I had heard it aids weight loss. I am of the opinion that it does. It does appear to curb my appetite somewhat as I feel fuller after taking it. I ran out of it and decided to not to purchase anymore, however, I have re-ordered and gone back to taking it again as (for me) I'm convinced it does help. Must add, not on it's own.
