Hi. This is the second one I’ve bought, and I’ve contacted you privately but not had a reply. Can you confirm these items are 100% genuine Apple. That is how they are being described but on close inspection of the first one I am now not convinced and I need you to be fully transparent. The box packs looks genuine but the product is ever so slightly different from an Apple-store bought (so definitely genuine) product. This matters because non Apple chargers can affect battery. Original is best

Having purchased a cheaper MagSafe charger for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, which proved slower to charge and ultimately faulty after two weeks, I can only recommend buying this Apple original. It has worked, as would be expected, faultlessly. The only issue to me is that the lead could be longer.
As such, and for the price paid here, great value (vs £39 directly from Apple).

Non working Mag safe charger

Extremely dissatisfied with this item. It is supposedly a genuine Apple Mag safe charger. However it didn’t work at all. Had to buy two lots of adapters to try to work out what the issue was. Ended up costing me a lot of unnecessary expense. I would not buy from here again.Read full review...
