I had to replace my Apple TV remote because my dog chewed up my original one. I wanted another one exactly like I had to begin with because it was easy to maneuver. Doesn't work (Most of the time)

The product doesn't work. It seems like the to parts are not well connected (The black front and silver back) and most of the time it just doen't work. "Remote lost connection"
