Perfect office Mac with incredible screen!
This is a great computer! It is the perfect size, and I love the retina screen: so clean and crisp. Plus, Apple software is so easy to set up, as it is very intuitive. The SSD is very fast, much faster than an SATA drive. While this particular model is not quite as fast as the latest iMac, it has all the bells and whistles I need for light office tasks, like word processing. I even like the clean lines of the product: it looks like it belongs in an art gallery! Eye-catching and functional: it doesn't get much better than that! I would definitely purchase one again!Read full review

Nice produce but understand what you are buying
I purchased this to replace a 10 year old iMac with a 5i core. This iMac has an i3 core and twice the storage and 2/3 of the Ram. I am surprised that the new iMac boots up slower however it can use some newer programs that my old iMac couldn't. Someone suggested that the problem my lie in the large, slow hard drive. If I had it to do over I would have purchased it with a flash drive or a Fusion drive.

After a great 27 inch 2010 model, this 21.5 inch 2019 is a good match.
This was my second try. My 2010 iMac was not working with Turbotax anymore. So, upgrade via eBay I tried a late 2015 iMac with a 1T ssd. But was not impressed. still sluggish and a lot of spinning beachball on Big Sur.
So on to another try. This 2019 beauty fits the description. Almost as fast as my old 2010 iMac with a 250 gig ssd. But I am grateful. It's a good buy.Read full review

The subway rumbled beneath the city, its rhythmic clatter echoing the beats of Giordano’s frustration. The parallel was too clear to ignore—jazz and fiction, both reduced to artifacts for curated nostalgia and corporate curation. Miles Davis didn’t curate. Faulkner didn’t write to go viral. They created to disturb, to provoke, to make people feel alive. And in doing so, they’d made themselves targets.
The train jolted to a stop at the next station, the lurch snapping Giordano out of his spiraling thoughts. He stared at the chipped mosaic tiles. For a moment, he imagined the tiles reshaping into words, fragments of wisdom left behind like breadcrumbs from authors who knew that truth never came easy. “The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable,” sneered Sinclair Lewis. iMac desktop
Very nice computer.it is fast and has lots of features. Very helpful tutorials and easy to set up.
Upgrade
The computer came quick. Nothing wrong with the screen, a small scuff mark on the back which isn’t important. Works much faster than my old iMac. Upgraded to mojave right away and was able to move everything from my old computer with no issues. Much happier with this than purchasing a new one for 1200$Read full review

I neglected to note that it came without mouse and keyboard. Setting up made it much more complex with a lot of shutting down into recovery mode.
Nice machine replacing my older one.

Flat out Bargain
Based on 2020 iMac specs I went looking for something from 2019 a bit cheaper. Whoa! This computer at half the price has the very same specs. What a deal!

Awesome computer as expected
I own the 27” and the 21.5” and they are both great machines. Well designed. The ram is not upgradable on the 21.5”. Just FYI.
