Poor battery life
Battery went flat within the day. Turned off wifi and Bluetooth and just used as a phone which meant the battery lasted 3 days. I needed a spare phone for emergencies so it was ok for my needs.

Like a New iphone 4s..............
When opening the box I thought it was a new iphone, no scratches on the case at all with supplied apple earphones (sealed) & power lead/wall plug. Smart phones are new to me but picking things up as I go along. Easy to work things out on this iphone 4s being compact well made and solid.
