I don't recommend people purchase phones off ebay, there's a reason why they are cheap and mine won't work after having it two months. iPhone 6s is a great compact iPhone with many features that an ipad would have.
The front and back cameras are great and provide excellent coverage for facetime.
It comes in a range of colours that suit most people.

I think Apple got it 99% right with the 6s. It’s little different from the later models and is plenty fast enough.
