I like this Gen Ipod. I love the way it segways the end of one song into the beginning of the next. I run it in an automobile that has a cassette player and I use an adapter. Neither I nor Apple have been able to download my iTunes library into this "new" 4th gen iPod. Service person actually suggested I take it to Best Buy to work on since device off product line. Damaged product

The iPod nano I received was very poorly wrapped without a care. The screen was very dim. I could barely see the selection and the touch scroll, whatever you call it, did not work at all.
