Apple Mac OSX Leopard Version 10.5.6 FAMILY PACK - INSTALL DVD

My Mac Pro started to act really buggy and after trying many different remedies without success I decided on a complete re-install of the OS. I expect nothing less than perfection from apple products and was not disappointed. The installation and set up went flawlessly and I was able to upgrade to Snow Leopard (as far as I can go on this machine) with no problems. A very nice OS for an old machine, I only wish they made a newer OS.

I was given a Mac xserve G4 without an OS and it worked with linux but I wanted to see how it would if I Installed the newest available OS mac offered for it. I purchesed the mac osx Leopard for it and it works very well. I am still learning how to use it and being a very old OS there are many things that have passed it by but all in all it does what I expect and someday I hope to get the xserve working as my home server for all my needs. A bit like taking your truck to kill a fly but I can live with it.Read full review
