12 Pro Max is a great smartphone experience

It's a modern iPhone... no matter what you're doing on it you'll have a fantastic experience. Just moved from a Pixel 3 XL and the smooth gesture based experience is brilliant. On the larger screen you've got a great media consumption experience but I do have to use two hands to properly use it. If this is a dealbreaker for you then you're probably not looking at a Max anyway. The larger screen in my opinion is a bigger plus than being able to use it with one hand since lets face it you've probably got both hands free anyway. The 12 Pro Max is a very powerful phone and you won't be missing anything compared to any iPhone 14+. Phones are so powerful now that anything you'd reasonable do on a phone is completely taken care of. If you're the frugal type like me going a couple generations behind in this current era is totally fine. Bear in mind 12 is when MagSafe was introduced if this matters to you, I've personally loved the whole MagSafe ecosystem. It's like Qi charging on steroids. An expensive pocket TV camera. with a phone.

ok as a geeral camera and its fast But for divercity agains an android. No The camera still lacks for quality against an slr although posibilities for low light open up much more scope. However the over lap of images to bring in low light imagaes look false.
The ability for expansion and imorting , you have to have an up dated I tunes and for music for other files you need to have the latest mac or subscribe to icloud and even then Word documents dont edit to good.

As for a pocket HI Fi and TV its fantasyic. Video i am sure is great. But the rest. If Android designed there better for feel and size and bought the price down. i would have another andrid. You cannot use memory sticks to laod anything. Read full review
