I loved the fact the home button is no longer a physical button but rather a solid state pressure sensor. I am enjoying the 3d touch, which is saving me a ton of time by navigating to specific sections of apps. I Also like how the screen switches on when I lift the phone without the need to press any buttons. I do not miss the headphone jack as I never use it anyway.
