Clear Away the Brain Fog

I love this product. It makes me feel focused and more motivated without the jitteriness of caffeine. It says to take two tablets. I take one with breakfast and one with lunch and it does not bother my sleep. I've tried other products, but they either didn't work or made me feel jumpy. I hate that heart jumpy feeling. I don't get that with Healthy Brain All-Day focus. And as an added benefit for me, I've lost a few pounds. This stuff really works!

I am 73 and have found that my memory "Look-Up" has improved since stating to use this product. It is so frustrating to try to remember a place that should be 2nd nature I seem to be getting better. It is a good value for the reasonable amount of money to purchase. Best of all, I see some improvement. I have tried many different brain boosters and this one is my favorite! It really helps with energy and thinking, and it is a very good value. I take a half tablet twice a day. Id suggest starting with a half tablet if you aren't used to energy supplements Im 50 and drink coffee but don't do other stimulants so it works really well for me. I recommend healthy brain highly in due part of my stroke. I can think clearly and sleep better

Drink plenty of Water

The first time I used these pills I forgot where I parked my car for an hour. After using it many times I realized that if you don't drink plenty of water behind it, it does the opposite effect. When I drank enough water I could think more clearly. Putting all pieces together when studying my web design course; pieces I didn't even know would fit.
