Great idea...very pleased I bought it.
This Garmin mount is far better made and safer in use than most I have tried. As long as you don't use your CD slot often it is a great way of having a safe and secure mounting. In my experience the window sucker mounts fall off at inconvenient and potentially dangerous moments, the air vent one broke my vent and wobbled always anyway! This one just works. If your CD slot is at the right height this is the best mount I have ever found for a Garmin satnav. Mine also came with an alternative strong sprung clip fitting for holding a mobile phone securely. I have tried this too and again it works superbly. Best of all if you know where you are going and do want to play a CD it unclips easily and in a moment...can't ask for more!Read full review...

If Only . . .
I am sorry, but this satnav mount proved totally unsuitable for my vehicle (Vauxhall Zafira 2010), due to the shape of the CD player facia and information screen position.
Other attempts to sensibly/safely fix elsewhere have also failed.
This product seems to be well thought out, but not for my car.

CD adjustable mount for Sat Nav
Very well made product with added benefit of being able to adjust to the size of CD slot. Being securely fixed reduced vibration when the Sat Nav is used. Would recommend this type to people.

Good idea
Simple and easy to use. Doesn't leave the usual tell tale marks. In my case it is a little awkward to tighten the fixing screw once it is in place but this may not be the case for everyone.

Holds good but display points downwards!
The fit into the CD tray is good but the ball mount doesn't hold the navigator firmly & the display keeps pointing downwards often!

Doesnt hold my garmin nuvi securely. It's ok, but I'm not sure it's the right size for this sat nav. Got it to hold but not confident it wont pop out
