A compromised low noise fan, good for the price

It does perform pretty well to start with, very quiet. However, it gets ever louder with use, this is expected. But this is after 3 - 4 months. It is not excessive, but it's there, you can hear it. This is disappointing, as I expect the noise will start increasing after at least 12 months. Will try a different brand next time. Read full review...

I replaced 1 Corsair fan with 2 of these and my CPU temp is up 4°. Also not a twin pack! Just 2 individual without a connector.

I was using a green Corsair fan to exhaust hot air above the CPU out the top of my case but decided to swap it for a non led arctic cool and add an artic cool as an intake at the front of my pc case. You would think as I have doubled the amount of fans that the CPU temp would decrease but instead the temp has gone from a constant 63° with the Corsair to 67° with these 2...

They seem really well made and legit... They are very quiet and do feel expensive with beautiful blades. I do not have a problem with the aesthetics I just have a problem with the function.

I have swapped the one above my CPU back to the Corsair and have put the 2 actic's as intake fans only. The temp is down to 61° but I have 2 extra fans... I am going to order Corsair to check the difference.

The twin pack also came without a connector so you need 2x fan ports which defeats the point of buying a twin pack...!Read full review...

Silent fans yes they are but if you have small holes where the fans will be I recommend buying some mesh/dust filters so they are truly silent.

I found the screws to be very tight fitting so a drill or electric screwdriver may make your life easier with 4 fans x 4 screws each. Screws are silver.Read full review...

Great Value for money! Very impressive.

I purchased these fans for my PC to achieve better airflow in my system, These fans definatly provided that for a very low price! I was very impressed with the construction and the amount of airflow these fans can produce. I wouldnt say these fans are deadly silent as they are definatly audable, However they are quieter than your basic cheap fans and produce a good noise to performance ratio. Overall I was very happy with these fans and I will continue to use them in future builds. I would definatly reccomend to anyone looking to buy some basic but very good fans!Read full review...

Louder than other fans, but it's a great value overall

It's great for the price, what you're paying for is it's cooling performance over noise levels. DO NOT buy these fans if you want a perfectly quiet system. The Not so SILENT ARTIC 120 MM CASE FAN - Arctic F12

I Fitted the Artic fan to my case, as soon as I powered the computer up I found it is much nosier than the all of the fans already fitted, I am very disappointed that it is very noisy, I did see that it can run at 5volt but with no instruction how to do this, I did manage the get it running on 5volts that's when it is silent, but doing this the fan is running at less than 50% efficiency.
To sum up I guess the advertising should say silent 5VOLT fan at half the "wind speed"

Good value but noisy.

I don't really want a write a review that is too critical as I have not used these fans for their intended purpose. However whilst operating they are quite noisy to the point of annoyance and I have already replaced them for a similar priced fan that is almost silent. I am not entirely sure but I don't believe these fans are brushless, hence the noisy operation. Great adaptable cooling fans

I bought these fans to use on our motorhome in a fridge cooling system, so they need to be quiet in operation as they could easily be running overnight.
A few made up brackets and a digital temperature controller later, we have an great solution to overheating fridge elements.

Excellent fans, very, very quiet, almost silent in operation.

Amazing value

I bought two of these fans to use on my vga cooler for the vega 56, though only one is being used because the other fan isnt being powered yet the performance is very good. Albeit the aftermarket cooler is vastly better than the stock vega 56 cooler the performance with only one fan working is good. Im getting 70-72c at 1500mhz and 1200mv on the core whilst crypto mining and this is definitely way more quiet than the blower style cooler. Read full review...
