Folds up when you sit down
The backrest folds up when you sit down and you have to reset the angle of backrest by folding the whole thing flat and trying again. Plus side. It is lightweight and easy to carry also folds flat for compact storage. Plastic hinges that won't rust, on a painted steel frame with a 5 position ratchet hinge backrest that might. 3 out of 5 for comfort. You get what you paid for. False economy - regret this buy
I'm not a sunlounger person but am convalescing from foot surgery and thought this would be nice to lay out in the garden. It doesn't work for me for two reasons - it's not comfortable, has barely any give so read goes numb/ back aches quickly. You can't adjust the back once sat down as you have to fold the chair completely to release the catch. And it's not that stable - head end has flipped forward and hit me in the head.
