Good stuff, I take 3 caps a day with distilled water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, you can feel it clearing you inside, I wanted it to remove residual traces of barium after a barium meal scan that has left me feeling very different mentally. I guess the barium is like aluminium in medicines, which also leaves me feeling extremely muggy.Read full review

Not up to the hype
