Brilliant Comic - Really encourages kids to read

It appeals to all ages, there a lot of tongue in cheek references that sail straight over the heads of the children but which are good for a chuckle for the adults. I bought this for my son though (9 years) and he's become addicted to Asterix comics, I've even had to put together an Asterix outfit for story book fancy dress day at school. They are easy to read and the illustrations appeal to the kids as well. Absolutely brilliant! Although I do have to take it off him at night or he waits until I've left the room and puts the light back on to read it over and over again! I've also found it's great on long car journeys as he buries his head in the comic on the driveway and doesn't rise for air except to pick up another Asterix comic.Read full review...
