The compact shredder shreds paper and credit cards. Really can't use more than six sheet equivalents of 20 pound paper. Does a good job and seems safe and was easy to empty.

I used it steadily the first weekend or so, rather intensively for one day. I had no jams tho I did not try to stuff the maximum number of sheets thru. No problems with unit.
