Install guide could be better, but I found a YouTube video, so it was easy. Make sure when you go to flash firmware you don't plug it in until drivers are installed from idatalink website. Otherwise you will need to call tech support. They had it fixed though in 5 minutes and they took over my computer to make it easy. Love the product. I added the Drone mobile to it.
